Michael’s HIIT classes are so popular they sell out within hours of being online in Berlin. If you want to feel challenged, motivated, inspired, and pushed to your limits, his classes are not to be missed. 

 

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high-intensity intervals with intervals to recover.

 

Each class includes:

 

– Warm-up

– Full-body HIIT workout

– Abs and core section

– Cooldown and stretch

 

Note: No equipment is required, however, HIIT in the kitchen might require some ingredients! Please have ready two bottles of water to incorporate into the exercises (sometimes)

A fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet to lengthen and strengthen the body. Michael’s unique approach focuses on technique, injury prevention and a growth mindset.

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class combining ballet barre, pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. You will not only strengthen your body but lengthen the body too. Barre is great for toning up legs, bums and core and has led many people back from injury, especially runners.

 

Michael was a professional dancer, choreographer and creative director for 17 years, so you are in good hands. Michael has a unique approach and is massively passionate about technique, form and growth mindset.


Note: You will need a chair, two bottles of water and a towel to spice things up!

Blast your core and improve your endurance, posture and alignment. This mood-boosting 30 minute workout will leave you feeling like a
“bad-ass”… with the abs to match.

This is pure core work for the abdominal and back muscles to improve torso strength, endurance, and posture in a one time-efficient workout.

 

Expect 20 different exercises that will hit you from every angle leaving you feeling aligned, energised and stronger for everyday life and your other fitness workouts too! 

 

Always make time for your core. It will encourage you to keep good form and technique and thus avoid any unwanted injuries. 

 

Note: Have a bottle of water and a towel on hand, ready to spice the exercises up!

Whether you need a morning wake-up stretch, or an evening wind down, Michael has you covered. Feel calm and focussed to conquer your day and master your sleep… no splits included!

Michael was a professional dancer and choreographer for 17 years. His knowledge and experience should allow you to feel safe and comfortable in the fact that he knows what he is talking about. He promotes good form, technique and positive mental wellbeing.

 

Every fitness & mobility level is welcome. No circus artist stretches or crazy splits are included. It is not Yoga, there are no flows and you will be able to follow along 🙂

Think, HIIT with a twist! 

This workout has the same structure as HIIT in the kitchen BUT… All exercises are pulled at random from a bowl! This means 24 different exercises. Who knows if you have 2 squat variations in a row, or 3 plank variations in a row. That’s the fun part 😉 

This class has rave reviews. It’s fun and it’s quick and it’s full of value!

Tone up muscle and maximise fat loss. The aim is to push yourself to your absolute limit all while building strength and endurance. Short breaks of recovery will maintain a high heart rate and BOOST your metabolism.

X2 bottles of water (or weights if you have them) 

X1 rucksack filled with books or weights

X1 towel
